Teelist Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

Teelist operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) business. This means all products are unique, custom-made, and produced only after an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products, our Returns Policy focuses on issues of quality, manufacturing errors, and fulfillment mistakes.

1. Return/Exchange Eligibility Period

All orders are eligible for a replacement or a refund in cases of defects or manufacturing errors within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Accepted Reasons for Returns/Replacements (Covered by Teelist)

We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund in cases where the fault is on our part or our Print Provider’s part. These cases include:

Defective or Damaged Product: Product arrived broken, stained, or visibly damaged.

Printing/Design Error: The design is faded, incorrect, off-center, or peeling.

Fulfillment Error: We sent a product different from your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item was shipped).

To Initiate a Claim:

The customer must contact our Customer Support Team at salesteam@teelisst.com within the 30-day period.

The claim email must include:

Order Number.

Clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.

A brief description of the issue.

Please note: You will NOT be required to return the faulty item. Upon verification of the defect, we will immediately process a replacement or a full refund back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns or Exchanges (Not Covered by Teelist)

Due to the Print-on-Demand model, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/replacements in the following cases:

Incorrect Size or Color Ordered: The customer is responsible for reviewing the size guides provided on our product pages before purchase.

Change of Mind: The customer simply no longer wants the item.

Minor Color Differences: Slight variations in color between the on-screen image and the physical product due to monitor calibration differences.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective/Faulty Items: If the return/replacement is due to a defect or error on our part (as listed in Section 2), Teelist covers all costs. The customer will not incur any return shipping fees.

Non-Eligible Items: If the return reason is non-eligible (as listed in Section 3), no return will be processed
